ANOTHER DAY ANTOTHER BROWARD CRASH

MARGATE, FL – On Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at approximately 8am, Margate-Coconut Creek Fire Department received multiple calls for a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Copans Road and North State Road 7.

Upon arrival, the crew from Firehouse 98 found two vehicles with heavy damage. One vehicle was on its side and bystanders stated the driver was thrown from the vehicle’s sunroof during the rollover accident.

Rescue 98 immediately began treatment and called a “Trauma Alert”. The patient was transported to Broward Health North for further evaluation and continued care. There were two additional victims, one was transported to Northwest Medical Center, and the other was treated and released on scene.
