6.4 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Puerto Rico This Morning

Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Another earthquake struck Puerto Rico this morning registering a 6.4 on the Richter scale. In a week fraught with earthquakes, this is the strongest to hit the US territory thus far. The quake struck five miles southwest of Tallaboa on the southwest coast of the island According to the USGS, the following have been affected. Early reports from Puerto Rican authorities indicate the electric power stations went offline on their own as their auto-protect systems kicked in.
