Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl- Surprise, surprise Mayor Ganz guy gets the job. In a city rife with water treatment plant problems, huge pension benefit debts the mayor saw fit to get his guy in. Let us remember how we got here. We had a scandal with our former city manager, Burgess Hanson, he took the money and the mayor found out about it and did nothing. I repeat Burgess Hanson stole money the mayor found out about it and did not report it to police. Who cares if he is really qualified to administer the cities 200 million a year budget, he is the Mayors guy at 200 k per year.
