Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-It appears from photos provided to Deerfield-News.com that BSO officers are blocking Sunshine Clothier from leaving the beach un her RV. Clothier who is a fixture on Deerfield Beach since placing the RV on her property while the city continuously fines her. I am not sure if they have ever tried to stop her from leaving the beach in her RV or not. Seems to us there is something inherently wrong with the Sheriff getting involved in civil litigation and siding with the city of Deerfield Beach without a court order to do so. One does not have to like Ms. Clothier or agree with her legal argument, to respect her right to do what she is doing legally and through the courts. Seems counterproductive that BSO is now blocking the woman from moving her RV for safety sake after fining her thousands of dollars for parking it on her own land, to begin with?

Any statement from the Sheriff as to why Deputies are blocking sunshine Clothier from removing her RV from her property on Deerfield Beach? See attached pictures.
