for part of the city. As a result of the fire hydrant/sinkhole accident on Tenth Street and Natura Boulevard as a precaution, the following areas are under this ALERT-

Precautionary Boil Water Alert has been issued for the area between SW 15th Street and SW 10th Street, west side of SW 9th Ave to FAU Research Blvd, between SW 11th Court and SW 15th Street, this includes the People’s Trust Insurance Building. See map for exact location.
Due to a fire hydrant break in the area, the water had to be turned off for repairs. Therefore, as a PRECAUTIONARY, a boil water alert has been issued. This will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
A 1-minute rolling boil is sufficient for all drinking water, cooking, making ice, and washing dishes.
This “precautionary boil water notice” will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. You will be notified when this order has been rescinded.
