Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Traffic backups caused by the security guard not allowing or delaying the entrance of voters who didn’t live in Century Village. We understand the community has rules, one would think better arrangements would be made to assist voters coming in that do not live there. Deerfield-News.com is not sure how many voters were turned away, but that is the call we received.
There seemed to be confusion at the west gatehouse on Powerline Road causing traffic to flow back almost until Tenth Street.
Deerfield-News.com has not received any communication back from the Supervisor of Elections office. We will update and post when they respond.
