Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-According to CVE Master Management construction on the east gatehouse was halted due to a complaint filed with Deerfield Beach. As of this posting, we have no confirmation from the City of Deerfield Beach what exactly was the complaint and reason for the delay. The letter below from Master Management states the gatehouse should be reopened on November 8th.
Dear Residents,
We are back to work on the East Gate after one of your fellow residents thought it prudent to file a baseless complaint with the City earlier this week.
We are putting the final touches on the roof and hardware systems now. The contractor will be calling for inspections on Monday and Tuesday of next week, and after a day of testing all the systems (Wednesday, November 7th), we anticipate re-opening the East Gate on Thursday, November 8th.
We thank you for your patience as we finalize this project.
