Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Last night BSO Fire Rescue transported a 10-month-old by helicopter to Broward General for dog bites to his head.BSO Fire Rescue responded to the call at 300 block of Southwest First Court shortly after 6 p.m. Battalion Chief Michael Kane said the boys’ injuries were not life-threatening. The young child is in stable condition, but in an abundance of caution, paramedics chose to fly the child by helicopter to Broward Health, the closest level 1 pediatric trauma center,” Battalion Chief Michael B. Kane said.
