Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are looking for a shirtless thief who swiped gun parts from a Deerfield Beach home. The surveillance video shows the bare-chest suspect stealing a package right from the front porch.

The crime unfolds around 2:40 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 1100 block of South Deerfield Avenue. The male suspect arrives at the victim’s home as a front-seat passenger in a black car. He walks with determination to the front door and returns to the getaway car with a box of AK-47 equipment worth about $500.

The thief wore light-colored jeans and a dark-colored shirt on his head. He has a thin frame. The suspect vehicle is described as a four-door black car, possibly a Honda. The car’s hood appears to be damaged and ajar.
