Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Boca Raton police have released a redacted probable cause affidavit showing the arrest of Kate Major Lohan. She was charged with assault after apparently throwing a glass candleholder at her husband. According to the affidavit, the glass candleholder hit a tree and caused a superficial injury to Mr. Lohan whose name has been redacted.
