Why Can’t The City Of Deerfield Beach Tell Us Who Does And Does Not Work On Friday Our Public Record Request

Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl In a continued illegal custodian of records move Deerfield Beach has continued to lie and not provide existing records. The city of Deerfield Beach city clerk has a legal duty to provide Public record requests to not do so and to hinder legitimate requests is against the law. The Office of Inspector General must investigate the shenanigans going on at city hall. These orders are coming from Mayor Ganz and City Manager Hanson.

These folks think they can have sexual affairs on your dime, promote each other with huge pay raises and then take paid vacations by not working. They are not entitled to and refuse to provide the records they are charged with keeping to us Neither mayor Ganz nor Burgess Hanson have the right to withhold or make it more difficult to obtain public records because they do not like us.

In a response to a public record request about what employees did not work on for Fridays, the city will not answer with the requested information stating the record does not exist. What does that mean? The city of Deerfield Beach does not maintain records of their employee’s attendance?

That being the case, I would think “Houston We Have A Problem”

How is it possible Deerfield Beach cannot report a public record of when a specific employee was at work or not?

Is the city of Deerfield Beach breaking the law by both failing to keep the records and secondly by not releasing them when requested?

Heather,
Thank you!
Are you sure the department heads want to stick with “no such records exist” as it pertains to attendance records? Do the mayor and City Manager want to stick with that position as well?
Thanks,
Howie
