Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Last weeks Federal Court ruling about President Trump and his Twitter certainly would apply to Deerfield Beach and Mayor Ganz and his Facebook account.
Until a higher US Court of Appeals or the Federal Court in Fort Lauderdale rules differently, it seems Mayor cannot continue to “CENSOR” his Facebook page nor can the city of Deerfield Beach “CENSOR” their Facebook page or Twitter accounts. They can not limit who speaks and what they are speaking about on those platforms. The court in a 175-page opinion expounds on why. Mayor Ganz and The City of Deerfield Beach need to cease and desist their Un-Constitutional behavior as it pertains to Social Media and let the public be heard.
