Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach,Fl In another cold calculated ruthless attempt to stifle the media and in particular, Deerfield-News.com.City hall is giving us the Jerk-Job when it comes to Public Records Requests and no contact with Public Information Officer.
The city which has everything else online and automated has no mechanism for someone to prepay for Public Record Requests. So they use the send you the invoice a week later from the original request and the day after you were just at city hall to notify you of another charge for a fee. They could have and should have told us via email, about the other fees at the same time they sent the other invoice we paid yesterday.
Why is their time more valuable than ours?
Seems, Mayor Ganz has instructed the city clerk to fee us to death for making public record requests. We have no problem as long as the others are paying the same? Seems Mayor Ganz had also instructed the city of Deerfield Beaches Public Information Officer Rebecca Medina Stewart to not answer our emails phone calls or contact us. Now the fact we pay this woman in excess of 125K to do just that even if she does not like me or my blog. Where are the State of Florida investigators?
Where is the office of The Inspector General the same shenanigans that went on in Boca Raton with their Mayor and the Batmasians is going on here, but worse?
Mayor, we know about your connections to the Batmasians, Not sure yet of this Complyright “Gig ” that you and apparently now the Mrs. have going on. And how all of a sudden things about you apparently were changed on public documents on the City of Deerfield Beaches website on your disclosure. We are investigating using web archive tools and we will reproduce what you think your IT people eliminated.

Let me know what the city collected in PRR fees from all the other media for 2017 and first 5 months of 2018 (Sun-Sentinel,Observer,Pelican,Channel 10 etc). Prior to me paying any other fee .
