Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Sources have told Deerfield-News.com that yesterday afternoon an attempted break-in occurred in Newport S in Century Village. The Condo owner who wishes to remain anonymous was home at the time and apparently fled through the front while the burglar was breaking in through the back. Apparently, the would-be burglar also fled after breaking the back door.
The incident apparently has not been reported to BSO, but only to CVE security. We are posting this so those of our readers that live in CVE can be on alert.
