Howard Levy is a local businessman since 1981 and since 1997 a domainer and the owner of several websites including Usedtires.com and Deerfield-News .Levy has been living in Deerfield-Boca area since 1980 and been visiting Deerfield Beach since he was 12 in 1974 when his grandparents moved here from Miami Beach.
