Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach,Fl-The phone has not stopped all day about the picture now found on” Deerfield Beach Politics” Facebook page. The picture speaks for itself, shows Mayor Ganz on what can only be called a photo op with a cameraman behind him.We have made a public records request to see if the camera man is a city employee and who he is.Here The City was in the middle of an emergency and it appears Mayor Bill Ganz was more concerned about using taxpayer dollars to pay for a cameraman to follow him around for a photo op, as opposed to telling the cameraman to put down the camera and assist in helping those in need!
How many more of these phoney “photo ops” do we need to see and always being “about the optics” do the taxpayers have to take? A camera man at taxpayers expense really?
Mayor everyone has a cel phone with a camera and video oh I forgot you when you go out of town it does not work.Wait these pictures were taken in the city you could have used your cel to shoot video.
