Our inquiry was simple how much does the city spend in Facebook and Google advertising to promote Deerfield-Beach.com and the cities Facebook page and what it costs,The City for whatever reason will not turn over the requested information Deerfield-News.com has contacted elected officials including our Mayor and Bernie Parness my commissioner.
What was going to be a simple story seems to be going somewhere else.Why won’t the City explain why they will not turn over the requested info, if they refuse to turn it over?
What can they possibly be hiding…A lot of advertising costs?????
Come on Deerfield Beach do the right thing. The citizens of the City of Deerfield Beach have the right to know what is spent on running it’s website www.deerfield-beach.com and Facebook page in the form of advertising dollras for SEO and SMM.
