Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach,Fl- Car crashes into tree as driver loses control the vehicle left roadway and hits tree.This afternoon a vehicle driven by a senior citizen left the road and crashed into a tree behind a condo in Century Village. The driver was transported with injuries after being extricated by Broward Sheriffs Fire Rescue.
Deerfield News.com has been covering acidents involving Senior Citizens,in many cases one car accidents involving ,buildings,trees and trains.Deerfield-News.com has been seeking a Florida Statewide mechanism which will allow concerned loved ones to terminate/ReTest their loved ones driving priveleges by forcing mandatory re- testing.We understand this is controversial ,may be age discriminatory but it is a safety hazard on Florida roads.Seniors who are still driving and should not be.There needs to be a way to help stop this Florida phenomenna.Stay tuned as “Drivng While Old” continues to be investigated.
