Deerfield-News.com- Deerfield Beach Fl-City authorities have lifted the boil water order that was in effect.The city had announced intrusion of E-Coli Bacteria in one of the City of Deerfield Beach’s wells.
Citizens had been advised since Friday to boil their water.This created some problems city wide for restaurants,hotels citizens well pretty much anyone staying or working in Deerfield Beach. No one wants to drink or bath in Fecal contaminated water.
Deerfield-News.com questions the Cities notifcation system and asks why the same system used for “Amber Alerts” notifying residents by cel phone of an emergency condition is not used.Sure seems like in todays world of technology The City of Deerfield could do better.
