Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach ,Fl-Former Deerfield Beach Mayor Al Capellini is suing the City of Deerfield Beach,Capellini like Mayor robb was accused of Ethics Violations ,but was aquitted.Powerhouse Crimina lDefense Attorney David Bogenschutz who has been retained by Mayor Robb also represents Cappelini.Capellini who was initially arrested back in 2008, during his re-election campaign. He was then suspended from office and lost the election.
Capellini is seeking Attorneys fees and damages from,The City of Deerfield Beach.
