Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Driving from Powerline Road turning onto Tenth going east was a headache just an hour ago. Deerfield-News.com was turned around along with all east and westbound traffic. BSO Fire Rescue, BSO and FHP were on the scene. We contacted BSO Public Information Officer Gerdy St Louis. and this is the information we received.
“Just before 12 p.m. today, Broward County Regional Communications received a motorcycle versus a box truck call near the intersection of Southwest 28th Avenue and Southwest 10th Street in Deerfield Beach. Broward Sheriff’s Office Deerfield Beach district deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded. The motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries listed as not life-threatening. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.”
