BSO WILL CONDUCT D.U.I. CHECKPOINT IN POMPANO BEACH

The Broward Sheriff’s Office D.U.I. Task Force will conduct a checkpoint operation in Pompano Beach beginning on Friday night.

The operation will occur from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. from Friday, Jan. 10, to Saturday, Jan. 11, at 635 E. Atlantic Blvd.

The goals of the operation are to identify and apprehend impaired drivers who pose an immediate danger to the public, promote traffic safety and cite traffic violators. BSO urges the public to drive responsibly.
