Feedback Needed on Organics Recycling and Composting
The City of Deerfield Beach has been awarded a grant through the United States Department of Agriculture for $300,000. The grant funds will be used to fund the City of Deerfield Beach Composting and Food Waste Reduction Pilot Program. The program will test compost collection strategies that can eventually be utilized city-wide.
Program details are currently in development, and collection is expected to begin in early Fall, but we need your help! City has just opened a survey that will help us design a program that is efficient and best suits the residents and businesses in Deerfield Beach. Take the survey now!
