Deerfield Ave in Deerfield Beach.The victim sustained multiple injuries and was hospitalized.His wallet and ID were stolen along with the assault he suffered.

INSURANCE SALESMAN ROBBED AND ASSAULTED AT DEERFIELD BEACH PARK
An elderly insurance salesman was attacked and robbed Tuesday after stopping to use the bathroom at a Deerfield Beach park.
The 75-year-old victim walked in to use the restroom around 3:30 p.m. at Johnnie McKeithen Park. After exiting the stall, he was attacked by two men while a third remained by the door as a lookout. The victim was knocked to the floor, and then one of the suspects wrapped his arm around his neck in a choke hold until he lost consciousness.
When the victim regained consciousness, his wallet and cellphone had been taken. He was transported to Broward Health North with minor injuries. He was treated and released.
