The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate 12-year-old Maya Edwards missing from Pompano Beach.

According to detectives, Edwards was last seen at around 4:30 a.m., on Dec. 21, near the 1400 block of Northeast 41st Street. Edwards is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
