Deerfield-News. com-Deerfield Beach,Fl-A Broward County Magistrate found probable cause to arrest Scott Lash Levin 70 of Cambridge B Century Village in Deerfield Beach. Levin has been charged with 2 counts of abusing the elderly without great harm. Broward County records as of 5.30 pm today indicate he is still in jail.
Allegedly, Levin has been harassing neighbors for years, and on Friday a Magistrate found probable cause for his arrest and he was arrested. A no-contact order was also signed by the Magistrate prohibiting contact with the neighbors he has allegedly been harassing.
