A new chapter in Deerfield Beach public safety is taking shape!
At last night’s City Commission Meeting, Mayor Todd Drosky and the City Commission marked another milestone in developing Deerfield Beach’s new Police and Fire Rescue departments.
For the first time, the City unveiled the new Deerfield Beach Police and Fire Rescue patches, giving our community a first look at the symbols that will represent the men and women who will serve and protect Deerfield Beach.
The evening also featured the unveiling of the first Deerfield Beach Fire Rescue vehicle—an exciting and highly visible step forward as the City continues building its new public safety departments.
These unveilings represent more than new patches and a new vehicle. They represent the continued progress being made toward a new era of locally focused public safety for the Deerfield Beach community.
