Breaking News-Two Die In Deerfield Beach Thanksgiving Day Crash

Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach,Fl-Florida Highway Patrol PIO Sergeant  Mark Wysocky is reporting of a vehicle crash from the northbound lanes of Interstate 95, near Hillsborough Boulevard  into a retention pond.

That with assistance from Boca Raton Fire Rescue, Broward Sheriff’s Fire Rescue saved two men believed to be in their 30s. Paramedics rushed them to North Broward Medical Center as trauma alerts. However, both victims would not survive.

“They were pronounced dead at the hospital,” said FHP Sgt. Mark G. Wysocky. “Witnesses reported that the car was traveling erratically, attempted to change lanes and then lost control and veered off the roadway into the water”.

During the  FHP investigation, two lanes of I-95 north were closed, causing traffic delays. Both closed lanes have since reopened on I-95.
