The BSO Public Information Office is currently working a developing incident regarding a UPDATE: death investigation located at: 1700 S. Powerline Road, Deerfield Beach.
Public Information officer Gina Carter is currently gathering the details. Here’s what we know so far:
UPDATE: The victim was pronounced dead at 2:42 p.m. Homicide detectives are conducting a death investigation into the apparent suicide.
At approximately 2 p.m., BSO deputies responded to the gun range at the above address in response to a report of a teen with a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound. The victim was airlifted to Broward Health Medical Center.
