Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach Fl-Authorities announced the arrest of a Boca Raton voyeur and Peek a Boo artist,Anibal Guevara.He is is charged with two counts of stalking in reference to having previous incidents which shows he willfully and repeatedly harasses the victims.The peeping Tom appears to be a more than one time offender,with prior complaints of him exposing his penis.This time he was stopped by police who had observed him and arrested him ,mirandizing him. He did speak with police and admitted to various things pertaining to the alleged crimes.He is also charged with three counts of voyeurism after he was observed looking into windows for females.
