Permission for construction of Townhomes was granted to builders. On the corners of SE 2ND AVE and SE 5Th Court is the apparent old cemeteries location.The Mayor of Deerfield and The City Commission appear to have placed the City in a legal quagmire which is certain to result in litigation.At present all construction/digging has ceased at the site..
