Deerfield-News.com Deerfield Beach Florida- A special meeting for the Mayor ,City Commisioners and their counsel is set for October 14 at 7.15 pm in the large conference room on the second floor of city hall,
1 50 Northeast Second Avenue, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441,Present will be Mayor Jean M. Robb, Vice Mayor Joseph Miller, Commissioner Bill Ganz, Commissioner Ben Preston, Commissioner Richard Rosenzweig, City Manager Burgess Hanson, City Attorney Andrew Maurodis, and Special Counsel Stuart Michelson.
The session shall commence at an open meeting at which the Mayor shall announce the commencement and estimated length of the attorney-client session (30 minutes) and the names of the persons attending. THE MEETING WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE DISCUSSIONS.
At the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the meeting shall be reopened, and the Mayor shall announce the termination of the session. A court reporter will transcribe the entire proceeding.
Deerfield-News.com has not received any answers to questions sent via email and telefonically from the City of Deerfield Beach,the big question is the media?Where will they be? I understand this is a Federal Case but do not Florida Sunshine laws apply and what  ABOUT FREEDOM OF THE PRESS and the US Constitution?
